Sorry, I had to. I've never seen that .gif before though, and I will spread it throughout the intrawebs.

....Yeah, Max Payne is pretty sweet.
I had friends to trade with, but not everyone I knew had a GameBoy or Pokemon. Not everyone had parents who were made of money and could buy their kids game systems. It's wrong for you to assume that everyone and anyone had everyone to play with. Obviously, as a business, if you can sell the same product to the…
As far as Apple rumors go, nothing is certain until their press conference.
I know what their advertising campaign was, but if you didn't have friends who had the game, that was the only way.
I was pretty disappointed that Bioware didn't include these races. Now that I see this awesome concept work, I'm even more disappointed because they would have been awesome.
Actually, that's what Nintendo wanted you to do. They could sell the same game 3 times but have a few different Pokemon in each one, and you'd have to buy them just to be able to collect everyone.
No. It uses Unreal Engine 3.
I think he isn't saying that men are generally stupider, but rather that stupid men are more likely to commit idiotic crimes than stupid women.
I didn't miss the point of the article at all. That's not even what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the fact that he can't take criticism as a major lack of professionalism.
He's married to Rachel Weisz and dated Sienna Miller for quite a while. I sort of doubt he's gay, but I guess you never know.
I had no problem with the original article. I didn't necessarily agree with most of it, but I didn't have an issue with it.
It's interesting how GameStops' survey is so convenient to their position. GameStop makes its money on used games and peripherals.
That's totally fair. If my game was going to be singleplayer, I'd release it with no DRM.
No, I actually have an Apple Cinema Display. BLASPHEMY, I know, but its hooked up to a home built custom PC. Works absolutely fine, but some things (like adjusting brightness) don't work unless you have an Apple keyboard and special drivers. Built in iSight and microphone work great though.
Very poorly. If you have the dedicated card, you'll be fine. I used gfxCardStatus, which lets you pick which card to use. I left it on integrated, which uses the HD3000 graphics, and I had to put everything on low and it still lagged.
My setup is pretty similar - Intel 3960k, GTX 680, 16 GB of RAM, playing at 2560x1440. It's absolutely awesome. Looks great and is a joy to play on the highest settings, and its nice to have a game that doesn't cause my computer to sound like a jet engine when I'm playing.
What about multiplayer? I'm no fan of DRM, but for the game I'm creating, I absolutely need Steam's infrastructure to not only support my game, but make sure it isn't hacked and abused.
I'm sure it will support Unreal 4, but you have to remember Unreal 3 is scalable. Mobile phones can play Unreal 3 games as long as they are developed with the phone in mind.
It does allow for better liquids. That's just how Bioware chose to implement it in their game, which is static and very unrealistic... the reasoning probably being that it is a super small prop in what is a 80ish+ hour game. That's a lot of content. No use directing more than 2 hours of an artist's time towards…
