Huh? Uncharted 3 is selling for $59.99...so no, its the same price.

The corporations deserve some blame, but what about the government officials who allowed themselves to be lobbied/bribed into putting the corporation's needs over their citizens? I agree with aruraljuror - in the end, the corporation is always going to do what is in its best interest. The government's duty is to…
Yeah, that's about where I keep it. Lubbos is great, but yeah, I got so scared about my Mac overheating again (it gets up to 80s and 90s in Windows when running OS X) that I built a Windows desktop over the summer specifically to use for UDK and my other intensive applications. A worthy investment!
Uh...did you not even read trunkenmath's comment? I mentioned heat issues in Windows on a Mac, he mentioned one solution, I mentioned another.
I was one of those people who wasn't really bothered by the battles, except for the first. I was playing the game on the hardest difficulty and going for the pacifist achievement, so I couldn't kill anyone. I obviously upgraded my character for stealth and hacking, and I pretty much dropped any sort of conventional…
I actually have an awesome tool called Lubbos Fan Control that I use that lets me set fan speeds in Windows. Check it out! I set it up so it just launches when Windows launches, ensuring that my fan speeds always get set to what I want, and I can adjust them if I start using UDK or playing a game.
Do you really use your PS3 as a web browser? I tried to do it, and it just...it was so slow. I guess a keyboard would help, but I don't have one I can connect to it.
This is really awesome. This was the one thing Unity users have been holding over UDK users for quite awhile.
Sorry, I was sort of buzzed last night as well, if my rage didn't make it obvious. I was a total dick but these Kotaku comments made my fly off the handle for some reason.
That's good to know. It did seem like the phrasing was weird.
I didn't call him a prick for disagreeing with me. I called him a prick for being rude in his response. I give respect when respect is given; if it isn't then I don't.
I guess the 9% estimate is fair. I just looked up Oblivion sales numbers and that seems appropriate. It sounded low but, considering the amount of systemss sold (I can't believe its so high) that seems appropriate. Sorry for doubting you there, you're probably spot on.
Well, THQ is making Devil's Third as well, so its more like the guy who makes the recipe for Cherry Coke asking if he can help out with Diet Coke, and the CEO of Coke telling him to STFU.
I know, I'm not sure why people don't quite get that. Yes, if you are a fan of the game, you will be buying it of course! But the average Joe, who probably hasn't heard of it and will only buy games based on word of mouth, advertisements, or suggestions from friends probably will be grabbing one of the "must-have"…
9%? I think we're looking at a much higher number than that, judging by pre-order numbers on Amazon. It's currently in the top 20 best selling games despite not having even been released yet.
Thank you, this is exactly what I'm trying to tell everyone else. I completely agree about Deus Ex, by the way. Had it been released this week or next, near Gears of War 3, I probably wouldn't have played it and it would have been delegated to my Christmas wishlist. I think Square Enix made the right call on that…
Wow, I completely missed that paragraph in your earlier response. Sorry! See, I'll admit when I fuck up. That made me look stupid, so you have my apologies for me not reading that.
Well "bro", I'm not thinking in terms of me and my friends. I'm not even getting Modern Warfare 3, it was an example. I'm glad I made you laugh though, that's good.
Do you mean not indicative? Indicated makes no sense. If you mean indicative, then yes, you are correct. Me choosing not to buy the game doesn't mean everyone will do the same, but I have a feeling the average gamer is going to pick MW3 or Skyrim over Saints Row 3, not because one game is better, but because of…
What I like the most about this is it really distils the essentials of Mario to its core gameplay. Its not fancy, but the gameplay is solid, and that's really the most important factor of all in the end. Its easy to lose sight of that now, even more so with all the great technology we have...but there is no…
