Where did I say that Geohotz hacked PSN? I know exactly what he did - I was merely commenting on how the two situations were similar, in that one company chooses to sue the shit out of a hacker while the other chooses to help him find a legal use of his talents.

As far as I know, Activision undoubtedly holds the rights to the name. Part of the lawsuit does revolve around games that would use "Modern Warfare" in the title requiring permission from the original developers, but now that they are at EA they can't use Modern Warfare as the title of one of their own games.

Actually, that's not true. While, in the end, your skill is what is the most important, if a candidate of equal skill is your competition for the job and one of you has a degree and the other doesn't, guess who they will pick?

It's not about being boring - its about being clear. Your comment is hard to read because of how it is written. If you put the literal two seconds of extra effort to not use as many periods and take out the space between the comma it might become slightly more readable, if still atrociously spelled.

It seems Microsoft has watched the Sony fiasco quite closely and decided to take the opposite strategy.

Good point - its certainly a more refined experience.

It lacks the unique charm of the original, but I felt the narrative was slightly more structured. Bioshock's narrative is really summed up by "Would you kindly?" and while its an amazing beat, I think that Bioshock 2 had a little bit more to it, but wasn't quite as good. If you're a huge fan of the first one,

Its not just games! It's movies, too. I think a lot of people reacted really well the sheer force of the Inception trailer, and have realized its exciting. Transformers has it, Pirates even has it a bit, Captain America had a bit of it - its sort of everywhere now.

Probably for the best - it would be silly to try and compete with Call of Duty or Battlefield 3. Release it in the spring with a good amount of marketing and I think it would definitely appeal to the crowd that grows tired of Call of Duty/BF at about that time. But, unlike Homefront, make sure your game is good!

I'm looking forward to tackling it with my regular LASO buddy; it should be difficult but fun.

No worries! That's the nature of life (and death? I guess?).

Yep, I can confirm this as well. The first scene totally lagged out and was fucked up. No issues since then. The game has froze on me once, but I think that was more an issue with the Xbox than the game itself, as it does occasionally freeze from time to time.

He died long before Chrome was in existence. Believe me, I would have.

The Rocket Sled demo is pretty good, but its still a controlled environment as opposed to a full-running game. I feel the Epic's Samaritan demo is a much better standard for us to go by.

I don't really see this as an achievement at all. They did the exact same thing with Avatar. This isn't new technology and while it certainly looks good it isn't exactly applicable to games.

Uh...yes, it does capture the actor, just because it is separate doesn't mean they didn't do it. And by capture, I meant the emotions and inflexions of the actors. Maybe not their whole body, but certainly their faces. I agree, Uncharted has great motion capture for the bodies, but the facial animation isn't as

I certainly hope it wouldn't be an easy A. Its easy enough to play a game, but its not as easy to delve in the psychology behind such a thing. If its an easy A than the teacher is running the class poorly.

This is completely against the point of Team Bondi's efforts, however.

Old people don't understand computers. My grandpa desperately kept searching for Google on his desktop as an icon even after I told him multiple times he had to open Internet Explorer first.

Overall, I have no problem with the art style and general realism, but I wish they would have kept the faces as more simplistic. Sure, do mo-cap, make the environments super realistic, but Herge's character designs were so classic. Please, we don't need detailed eyes or faces. Black dots, good enough for the Tin
