Savitar was not that scary to me. He looked like a left over Transformer rendering. I have a stack of greeting cards scarier than Savitar.

They all mention that I’m over 4o, and feature Maxine.

I secretly hate my friends.

Gosh, who broke your neck in a pointless retread of a superior original?

Tick: I’m the Tick, chum!

To be fair...Danny Rand at his most “intimidating” is probably scarier than Savitar ever was.

The artwork promoting the upcoming big crossover showing evil Earth-x Kara is pretty striking & probably going to be scarier than Savitar.

I can’t wait to see Kara-Savitar’s crazy new suit! I hope that it, too, looks like a Power Ranger on steroids.

Oh my god fuck off. You are seriously complaining about the article “spoiling” the trailer.

Forget it, TumblingDice. It’s Kinjatown.

Does that mean Kara’s evil, alternate self is going to travel back from the future and fridge Mon-El?

I teehee’d over them using their patrol of the gathering to talk about their relationship. This is such a CW show.

Just as quick note: Katie McGrath is Irish, not British. While Northern Ireland is part of Britain, the Republic of Ireland is not and she’s from the Republic. It’s a whole thing, where we fought for our Independence from the British, so I’m sure Katie McGrath and any Irish people reading would be really appreciative

Alex/Maggie: *Several minute heart-to-heart regarding both wedding planning and abandonment/daddy issues*

Same here. This show has left me a seriously pathetic blubbering wreck for two weeks in a row now—not just during the show, but throughout the week, I’d find myself getting upset when I thought of it. And I haven’t cried since 2005.

Yes this!

That simple shot of Joe “testing” Bos’ chili and then enjoying it nearly, even while he was overwhelmed with everything, crushed me with how real it was in regards to dealing with grief.

One of the most beautifully done, honest, and emotionally devastating episodes of television I’ve ever seen.

Holy shit! 2014? I would not have guessed that. Tom Petty’s stuff has always just seemed so popular, I guess I thought he’d had a #1 album way before that.

I doubt that most of my favorite songs of his were ever released as singles, never mind charting. And yeah, I can’t think of someone who was as essential for such a long period of time.

I’d normally try to put together a list of songs that I think helps listeners less familiar with an artist get a feel for what makes them great, but in this case would barely no where to start. So I’d suggest listening to Damn the Torpedoes straight through a couple of times.
