The Citadel is the name of the main fortress of the eastern chapter of the Brotherhood of Steel in Fallout 3. The Brotherhood of Steel is an organization dedicated to finding, investigating, and hoarding old-world technology and knowledge, with little care for the day-to-day circumstances of others. Same. The bluetooth ones are for the gym or doing yard work. For commuting or sitting at work, wired all the way.

Any system we come up with will be built, maintained, and used by humans though. It’s inescapable.

They are comparing your input to a database so they clearly already have it. Plus, I doubt the hackers would have deleted or encrypted anything, because the stolen data is more useful the longer the breach goes undetected.

Some want to play golf, some just want to watch the world burn.

I don’t believe that’s actually true.

Bodaks aren’t even yellow though.

Don’t they use ravens?

Even if there exists life out there that doesn’t use any analog of RNA, finding the ingredients together in the right conditions is exciting.

I read recently that the universe appears to expand outwards from any given point in space, thus making the “center” unknowable. So... we could be? I guess? It’d be like picking up a grain of sand and declaring that all other sand was located “around” it, which is true of that grain and any other grain on the planet.

This is why you don’t need to add a white person to the cast for “diversity.” Diversity would be leveling out those bars, not making sure to include a white person in every film.

Older reactors suck. It’s a shame we didn’t get the technology right the first time, leading to such terrible conditions for the current industry.

Most mosquitoes are invasive species and would not be missed by their current biomes.

To say “light never touches the surface” is false. While it’s true that there is a distance around the event horizon at which protons orbit, it’s fully possible for those protons to fall below that orbit and enter the event horizon.

That’s not going to happen, i’m afraid. The GOP hasn’t thrown him under the bus yet, so I can’t see it happening. At most, they just subtly fail to support him in the next election so he can be soft impeached.

John McCain doesn’t know how to be proud. He’s a fuckboi with the face of a respectable politician. He’s spent his entire life chasing money, drugs, and women, and continues to do whatever it takes to keep himself relevant only as it pertains to pursuing those goals.

Only because he’s parroting what has been known for decades.
