I had the same thought regarding arrowheads. The wights don’t seem to have much capability to attack at range. Many arrowheads could be made from the same amount of glass that would go into a sword, and more easily as well.

A marriage makes sense from a political standpoint. If they get married, John gets to be King in the North and Dany gets to have a united Westeros (once they oust Cersei). I just don’t see the attraction. Why is there any spark there? Is Dany just starved for alternatives at this particular point in time?
