seems to me that since web browsing has been such a large part of computer use in recent years that it's justifiable to keep a background process running on our web browsers that allows for instant startup. Sure- might might eat 40-50 megs of ram, but what is that these days anyways? It's hard to track down a computer…

@volim: I think the blimps are meant to replace the trains, supertankers part of our global shipping infrastructure (not UPS trucks). If they're faster (than supertankers at least) and more fuel efficient, that seems like a win-win situation to me. . .
