I've run into this.

It's going to vary widely by location, but not all PPs carry all the above methods of birth control. I ran into this last year when my area PP didn't carry the NuvaRing simply because of its cost. I'm in the southern US, however, and this particular Planned Parenthood has a lot of uninsured patients.

I'm so sorry. I was 30 when I lost my dad, and a lot of things changed, e.g. I to this day check up on my mom via phone once a week. After my dad's funeral we took a trip to the beach for a fews days, and it was nice break after his awful last days. I don't know your situation, so I don't know if it would help your

Mom, is that you?

"Approachable" is a word for after-dinner liqueurs. Not coffee.

True. A woman I know was laid off shortly after informing her employer of her pregnancy. They insisted it was budget cuts, but it was incredibly tone-deaf on their part and she got a settlement in the end.

She may well be saving that unpaid FMLA 12 weeks for her maternity leave. Not all companies allow you to recover from childbirth or take care of a newborn, after all. Besides, FMLA doesn't apply to all employers.

I second everything you've said. Would love a relationship, but a certain kind of relationship, not just the "I have to be with someone" kind. Because those months were awful and so lonely, because I just didn't like the guy and didn't feel a connection, although he really seemed to like me. Unrequited romantic

Heh, I've only been ATTRACTED to something like 10 guys. Clearly I'm not a casual sex person, so I'm outside the norm. 5 partners in my life might be a max for me, but for most people 25-40 partners wouldn't even be that many in my view.

Yes. Not a mom either, but "mother" does often seem to refer to one kind of mother. Unless it's a woman who's been caught being a "bad mother," as you say.

Jesus Christ. What assholes. As though you're "lazy" because you're taking care of everyone else! I am sorry.
When someone shows you who they are, believe them, right?

"Garden of Iden"? All right then.

Large dog: wtf is my life...I did nothing.

Fall! Pumpkins! Grass! Playing! My favorite things.

I had electrolysis done for a couple of years in my 20s.... it made my chin and lip hair thinner, but it sure didn't make it vanish. And yes, it hurts, but less so on the chin and neck (again, my experience). The problem with it is that you have to have it done very frequently to destroy the follicle - in my case,

Isn't there some wedding tradition that allows for just this? Everyone goes to the ceremony in the morning, then gets to nap while the bride and groom have the sex, then the reception is at night - big relaxing party!

Also, there are SO many tips for hot/romantic/intimate wedding night sex that it becomes practically as a big a production as a wedding, i.e. stressful and tiring. Or, if you waited, awkward and unsatisfying, with something sure to go wrong.

These comments remind me of a couple of very experienced, arrogant, exceedingly clueless guys with larger dicks who really didn't understand sex is more than PIV and 69. I, the virgin, would try to tell them what I liked...and nothing. No toys allowed, no real foreplay, just everything centered around their dicks,

Well, for one thing, white people are going to throw fits about what's taught in US history courses, because America can't just get by on "patriotism" and "Manifest Destiny" anymore.
