Guys I’m going to rip the pikachu model and scale it up 2x, make it purple, paste on the wings from butterfree, and stick the face of vaporeon on it. If someone scales the model back to match the original where it is a 100% proportion match I’m going to call them disingenuous and say i didn’t steal the model.

What? Scaling means nothing. Scaling is a completely transform-free process in 3D modeling. 1 inch means 1 foot means 1 astronomical unit because these virtual worlds are completely unit free.

They have copyright, what they don’t have is the trademark. Seems pedantic but it is a meaningful distinction
