I am not a fan of the studio stuff anyway. My view is from a heterosexual male point of view and the women in the studio stuff always have way too much make-up and the boob jobs are often really not very good. I definitely prefer the home shoot variety more.

If you’re looking to try melatonin I would strongly encourage you to start with a MUCH lower dose. I ain’t no lightweight and have some serious insomnia, but 3mg of melatonin puts me down hard and gives me a groggy/dissociated/anxious feeling the next day. YMMV.
