Would you consider the Porsche Drive program? Kinda expensive, but 2k a Month for everything included including insurance for a 718 Boxter. You can do month to month... and no commitment. That would certainly bring a bunch of joy. Even if you only do 3 months of it, during the best time (when they have  the most

I’ll bet is for sudden large discharges of Silicon Dioxide on the highways. Which is known to cause cancer in California.

He should just go for the unicycle world record. I think you would only have to break 50 mph.

YES! Ford needs to rename their new mustang or another electric vehicle the Model T... and pissing the crap out of Tesla at the same time.

This is something that still happens today, as I have now owned VWs, Audis and a Porsche, the sales people/dealers still insist that they are completely different. They actually take offense when you tell them the underpinnings are same, and will argue with you, even if you can give them the specs.

Oh believe me, I love the mechanical AWD system in the snow and ice. It definitely inspires more confidence in me than the haldex in my A3, and the one in the Macan. (which actually did get me through some thick snow and ice  that stranded a QX80 in front of me. ) I just feel less confident in inclement weather than

The tiptronic shines in crappy weather. When things are half decent, my studded Haks and turning off the ESP gets me through the slop. But when things turn icy, I have my hand on the tip so I can start to gear down, or push more power through if I need to get out of a bad slide. Which happens a lot here. Responsive

BTW, I have no love of this car either, but no hate either. I had the 2018 Launch version for 3 years and I did want to fairly address a few points.

That’s similar to my experience, my brother thinks I am insane.

Thanks for taking the time to describe your experience with the SQ5 and the Macan. I came close to buying an SQ5 - the prior generation - a few years ago, but thought it rode almost too firm. It was definitely quick enough, but I just couldn’t get past the price and what would likely be lots of out of warranty issues.

Well value is the key here. I’ve gone from 2011 GTI -> 2015 A3 -> 2018 SQ5 - > 2020 Macan. Most Audis I find insulate you too much from the driving experience. It’s not that they don’t go fast/handle well, but I never got the thrill of driving from the A3 or Sq5 (even tuned). The Macan is not the same either, it’s

I have a 2015 GTI. I honestly can’t find a car to replace it with that fits all my needs and drives this well. Everything I’ve test drove (X3, SQ5, Macan) I find can’t compare in terms of value and drivability. How VW/Audi managed to make a car this good and drive better than cars that cost 2/3 times as much is so

Arrrrrrrgh! I HATE THIS CAR SO MUCH!
1) That grille is going to be a pain in the ass to clean. Bugs, the shit they put on roads up here in the real world in the winter time (let’s just say the department of highway maintenance has a very loose definition of sand.) and yet more bugs. Big loose PLASTIC grills mean a

I had one of these current gen ones as soon as it launched, I loved the comfort and tech, the digital shifter was pointless. It also felt extremely heavy and relatively slow, even though I was coming from an A3, The gradual power delivery and smooth ride got you going very quickly, but it made it feel slow until you

Dude.....Just buy a modern mountain bike.

I dunno, it’s about as real as speaker generated engine noise.

No one seems to have read this post, but the valkyrie uses a cosworth 6.5 liter NA V12, which supposedly puts out around 1100 HP
