I know it doesn't have to be negative. I'm just saying a lot of black culture/mythology doesn't lend itself (or isn't as widely known to the general audience) to have champion spinoffs. A witch doctor idea was mentioned by some comments above and I think that would be fitting.

I agree, I'm sure its not that Riot games developers are racist.

Oh man, Diablo3! The paladin was black in Diablo2 I remember. Religious figure like a priest/reverend could be a champion perhaps.

I'm not against it and I can see some more 'generic' hero's that could have been black.

I think ya might be digging a little too deep on this one. The game has champions based on broad stereotypes. Monk stereotype = asian. Pirate stereotype = white guy. What sort of black stereotype champion could they put in?

I'm not saying i know 100%, but it's a very good chance you need the original since every other game they have ever made worked like that as well.

I swear the "I'll wait for the Super Turbo Mega . keke" jokes are worse than the on-disc DLC...

Been playing the Beta. It's fun... but it's CS. Same... everything. CS:HD. Which is what they advertised it as. So no complaints.
