So... I grew up in sports. Mostly around nhl, d1 college hockey guys, d1 prep school, spent time with Olympic coaches. Pt guys. Etc. etc..

Actually plyometric and calisthenic workouts are much better suited to older people. Assuming good form of course.

I’m kinda wondering if the article was written this way as an adjacent point(to Pete’s big drug/ins $$$) because of the new ownership here.  

Yeah. While that asshole money mentioned in the article is kinda irksome the real issue is that Pete got on with Big insurance/medical/druggie Money and has effectively purchased (sold us out) his current position.

Can’t wait to see what he considers bad enough to be insurance.
