Oakland is a free-for all at this point - no stop stop-lights, drive on the wrong side of the road, no plates, do whatever you want sort of driving that’s generally pretty bizarre and not just low-level - they stopped enforcing much of anything about the time that the riots downtown and BLM were at peak volume.
