I’m wondering about the racism/classism/fried chicken nexus myself. Like, why THAT? Everybody likes fried chicken. It’s a universal top 3 food. Plus, it’s everywhere in every kind of cuisine. There’s always some kind of chicken, fried some kind of way, so why is that a racial stereotype in America?
