Unless I am missing something, this guy was never going to reach retirement at his pace. Twelve years and wasn’t even an NCO?  I’d bet his superiors were looking for a reason to do this before this sham trial happened.

It happens because we have a political party that controls most US state houses that is actively trying to prevent prenatal care by closing clinics that provide it and stripping it from health insurance. And if you think the national statistics are bad...you should see the individual states.

Tepid is too kind, it was pathetic. There was no pushback on the GOP message at all. The majority were too frightened of going down a couple of points in the polls to stand up for actual American values instead of dog-whistle populism. Thank goodness they never made that mistake again /sarcasm.
