The Handmaid’s Tale... sanitized/glorified hatred?
I honestly don’t get it. Yeah, he’s 80, with a heart condition and recent heart attack, with a very thin resume of actual life accomplishment— but with four houses, a fortune he’s made “sacking the Treasury, like any good Senator”, a mind-numbingly impractical “plan to fix everything”.
He’s also TOO OLD to be President.
Just kick him, he’ll wake up! C’mon, Bernie, 2024 is calling!
Pff, age doesn’t matter. He’ll never have another heart attack if he’s protected by the unwavering support of his rabid fans!
Hilarious that I’m getting ‘ok boomer’ digs after I take a shot at an 80-year-old man. Wake up, kids. It’s morning, and you’re very, very stupid.
Boy, all this front page coverage must’ve cost Ben Affleck a fortune. Hey, maybe you guys could spruce it up a touch and turn it into yet another ringing Bernie Sanders endorsement while you’re at it. Twofer!
All This. Warren just has her shit more together than anyone else. It infuriates me that this does not get more traction.
“There was only one problem: People on the internet were absolutely convinced Bernie’s army fought everyone, even though it was really just a small minority of them. In those days, internet people didn’t realize that they weren’t the majority, and journalists went along with it because pretending whatever was on…
The lazy way that ‘working class’ is thrown around to mythologize candidate backgrounds is a tell-tale sign of someone who wants to believe in someone as opposed to looking at the facts. Keep running around calling rich people Oligarchs, see how far that gets you messaging wise (it won’t get you far) and watch as half…
If I could star your comment 100 times I would. Special shout out to this:
There is an alternative theory, even if it’s one you don’t want to hear: Large numbers of black people (right now) think that if Biden continues to falter, that Mike Bloomberg is the best chance to beat Trump. People are willing to hold their nose and vote for a known racist in order to get a white nationalist out of…
Bloomberg is terrible for lots of reasons. Some of which are generally known, some are not. But here’s the question: Why are black voters moving (thus far) from Biden to Bloomberg and skipping over Bernie Sanders? Railing against me for writing about the numbers that exist, or implying that black people are stupid may…
Well, first I was never a Democratic Pollster. Second I make it pretty consistently clear on T.V. that I’m not a Democrat. Second, Sanders inability to routinely earn more than about 20% of the black vote is a problem.
I’d say being endorsed by Ayanna Pressley is the blackest thing to happen to Warren, LOL.
Yes, because he was being “practical” this is the same person who said Abrams and Gillum didn’t win because they were black.
I think he did because he’s blunt like that and probably thought he was being practical. He said the reason why Abrams and Gillum lost was because the white people in those states were not ready to vote for black people so saying the US is not ready for a female president isn’t much of a stretch.
Since when is the current GOP “centrist”?
