So glad someone expressed my thoughts on the article and some people’s responses.

I always start off with this intent. Sometimes I can be quick, but it depends on the idea I guess. I could certainly save a lot of time by not using the pen tool all the time. 

We can say what we like down here, no one's reading it anymore ;)

To be fair I’ve benefited more often than not from that “bad taste” so I can’t complain too much haha...

In my hubris, I thought I was nailed on for a pick. In retrospect I probably should have done a game no else had - like Horizon - for my idea. Also I haven't done a sonic entry in a while so maybe that's coming back to haunt me too!

These little details in animation make all the difference. As satisfying as TLOU rope, and Ghost of Tsushima cloth.

Yeah I thought it was a mess story-wise. There were some cool set pieces, but otherwise it was pretty forgettable.
