Thank you! For the outline, I drew over it with a semi-soft brush on one layer, using a kind of average colour of the outline on the other characters (a not quite black) and then painted in shadows on another layer at a 50% opacity (again using a kind of orange-y black so it fit in). I then drew the rain over the top…
