I do agree with that. They do exist the world over, but this is something else. This is institutionalised violence, sanctioned by those who are supposed to make sure all students are kept safe. That's what I don't get. The fact that's it's so ingrained in society that these kids will never be properly prosecuted.

And you need to take it easy, and address those anger issues you have.
