Many businesses prefer payments over time, to help regulate their cash flow into a predictable stream instead of living by feast or famine. Predictability is stability.

The trouble with trampoline parks in Texas is that there is no government agency inspects, regulates or promotes safety in them. They can be set up by anyone, are not required to carry any insurance and there is no safety regulation at all. Just a bureaucratic cockup where no one has authority.

I visited it about ten years ago. Lots of fantastic architecture, but some great indoor and outdoor sculpture, and gardens too. Personally, I love the Jean Tinguely sculpture, Chaos I, in the shopping mall. The history of how Columbus got all these buildings is a really good tale.
