Im not trying to be mean but its pretty iresponsible to leave your laptop unattended in a public place. I like the idea of your laptop calling home if someone steals it from a secured location, but I can just see some theif suing you for invasion of privacy! lol Just like a burgular who gets injured breaking into

The stick is a cheap, effective way of doing this, but I got tired of having to bend over and moving the stick each time to open the door.

Is this worth downloading? Anyone have a good link to all the things to checkout on Vista? I got RC1 running with Parralels Workstation for the PC.

Torrent is pretty slow on my computer in general. Ive tried forwarding ports to on my router, and also made sure Kerio is not blocking anything. The most I get is about 30-35 KB, super slow. Im sticking with Newsgroups and IRC.

Yep. I just reformatted/reinstalled windows this past weekend. Ive always used Acrobat, and with each new release it seemed to get worse and worse. Ive had lots of PDFs lock up the past year.

Can someone recommend a good, light weight Instant Messenger client? Each time Yahoo upgrades, it seems to get more bloated. Version 8 is truly a resource hog, and it crashed my system a number of times.
