I’d had no problem supporting Elizabeth Warren, or Robert Reich for that matter. The show biz and snl angle do nothing for me. But, I think that narrative would appeal to the masses.

I think Al Franken is an excellent choice because he’s got the show biz bona fides, he’s Midwestern, and he’s a real progressive.
