It's cool that we have finally solved ageism by refusing to age. We really showed them!

@Ailatan: FAIL
@mommy_dearest: Now I'll stop commenting to myself.
@mommy_dearest: Oh, and next to nothing about parenting in it? That's kind of harsh and not really true.
@mommy_dearest: But let me add, that yes, I too am frustrated by women usually being trapped in the style section. This just happens not to be that situation. And maybe you can bake cookies AND read Susan Faludi. That's what I do.
@cirocco: Calm down. I wrote this, and I already replied to your previous comment, but I should reply here, too. I write a column on parenting. If I write it, it goes in MY column, which is a parenting column. Examiner doesn't choose where it goes.
@mwynn13: Well, the closest you would come to a male athlete with a stage name is going to be in wrestling. There I found "Sexual Chocolate" and "Brutus Beefcake" and "Stable Stud", so there you go.
I'm not so quick to dismiss what he is saying. My first thought when I first saw these covers yesterday was, "God, now we have to look perfect WITHOUT makeup, too?"
@doodley is not amused: Nicely said. You can breath out now.
@Vermontboy: Yes. "People are complicated." Why is it so hard for people to believe this? And also to believe that all men are not just searching for an excuse to have an affair?
@shameonme: sadly true. I definitely don't think it is always right to jump in to stop a fight, for exactly the reason you say. But so often you see guys just cheering when a fight starts, so when they actually want it to stop, that is sexy.
Ok, strange thing to admit, but I think it is really hot to see guys break up a fight. There is something about guys stopping violence that turns me on.
VOTE: Digital Image Pro- I find it way more useful than photoshop. But it looks like only one other person has ever used it.
@Marsgaret: Here is a column from Newsweek you should read: [www.newsweek.com] It is about when relief is what we feel when someone dies. I am very sorry that you experienced this.
@vamusical: Wait, who did he bang?
@pandorasmittens: That rubbed me the wrong way too.
@Lizard in the Wires: I think technically they all are part of the Princess line- I have seen them all in Princess merchandise. The problem is they are not pushed as much as the "real" princesses- you know, the white ones.
@thenwemadeout: If it helps, she explains later that she shops for stuff she doesn't need *right now* and after sales and coupons, stuff is free. She doesn't shop for junk she won't use. She buys stuff, stores it, then uses it when she runs out. I really don't think your interpretation is fair.
I just posted this as a reply to a comment, but thought people might be interested and might miss that, so here is a link: [littlemissknowitall.net]
@SarahMC: by brown, you mean "terrorist", right? Because now there are 8 more baby terrorists IN OUR OWN COUNTRY. Baby terrorists are the most terrifying of all terrorists, you know.
