That’s not the requirement. The requirement for a Level 4 twizzle sequence (which is what all the top teams are going for) is 4 twizzles on each foot, so 8 in total. Most teams choreograph 5 on each foot so there’s room for error.

I don’t know that P/C’s speed and power is unprecedented. I personally think Tessa and Scott are better technically than P/C. What the French bring to the table is a more lyrical, modern style of ice dance. They’re very current and creative.
