I am friends with a high school ex and a college ex. The college ex is across the country which means we catch up about once a month and there is no awkwardness.

@BiscuitDoughJones: I love abbreviating also, it's a guilty habit. My girlfriends also like to combine two words into one as in, ex. "Does this tank top make it look like I have larms?" (large arms.) Or, (after smoking) "Do I have highs?" etc. etc.

Yes, the little girl look on us tall girls just seems wrong. Although it's creepy how much men like it when you dress like a little girl. I skinned my knee this summer and patched it up with two pink Hello Kitty band-aids. You wouldn't believe how many men commented on it and said how "cute" it was.
