I think the benefits of having it on PC are worth it. If you are a mod user, which I highly recommend being, you'll end up with plenty of key presses that can't be achieved with a controller. Also, you can't mod Xbox games, so yeah.

Perfect price point to me, unlike the last one...The 3G price is interesting and would only be worth it if it had no monthly fees. I'm not even sure it could work out that way, but I've got wifi in plenty of places so no worries.
