Remember guys, Apple specifically stated no trial/lite/free versions in the Mac App Store. Make sure you check out a dev's website to see the free trial versions if you are interested in an app.

@D0rk: I expect paid ones to be about the same as iPad paid apps and maybe more. Don't be surprised to see a lot of $10-20 apps.

I use Amazon and I have been using it for about two years now. Once I realized that I can preorder new games for $5-10 less or get them a month later for $15-25 less, I never looked back at places like Gamestop.

@Kingbob387: Also, try looking on Wikipedia for a list of 3D PS3 games. There are some good ones coming out this year.

@Kingbob387: The reason I said Panasonic is it is exclusive to Panasonic right now. It comes with the Panasonic 3D starter kit, so unless you're willing to pay $300 for Avatar and some glasses that won't work on a Sony, you can't do it yet. In the future though, it will probably look good.

@Kingbob387: If you got the Panasonic, Avatar. If not, stuff like Alice in Wonderland, A Christmas Carol, Shrek series, etc. Most 3D Blu rays are computer animated as far as I've seen.

While I was absolutely stunned by the facial animation and looks in the trailer, that last shot isn't doing the game much justice. It seems the lighting is making it look weird and out of place, and kinda like a 2d image on a 3d head.

@moldy912: Also, if you base the 'x' on the ancient maya pronunciation, 'sh,' it could be pronounced 'shty-on.' It could also be 'ex-shun' which is the most probable. A cross of the letter 'X' (from Xbox, crossovers, extreme, or one third of porn) with the word motion.

I know I'll probably get hate for this, but would there be any chance of it working on OS X or do I have to wait for Apple to jump in? My guess is that there would be some adaptive app or mod, but that's just my hopes/guess.
