I'm not at all bothered by other people using their cell phones but if someone was working at a restaurant and they found it enough of a nuisance, then why not? Surely it'll help people "bond" with each other more and the staff will hopefully have a better time serving.

I live in CT and my experiences have been a bit different. In 5th grade they basically taught us puberty in a gender segregated class for a day. Then in middle school all three years, we had a health teacher who was great and even answered all my smartass remarks and questions about sex to crack up the entire class.
