Jaime and Bronn are captured by team Targ. Bronn, sellsword to the end, switches teams. Tyrion eventually releases Jaime - because a Lannister always pays his debts, and Tyrion owes Jaime his life.

fwiw, I root for Bronn individually, but I don't care a whit about team lanister. not in the least.
The gold all made it through the gates - Tarly said so just before the slaughter. those wagons had the less valuable spoils of the reach. like food.
Bran is Orin. brilliant.
no, he's way on Dany's side - but Jaime saved Tyrion's life and he owes him.
They will meet again and hash that out.
Cersei is on Arya's list. She's going to take her down. Probably with Qyburn's face on.
Jaime dying here would be just fine for the story. He would have died gallantly for Cersei and she would have been utterly alone… with no one but the Mountain and Qyburn to sate her. justice. or maybe she wants the mountain?
well, she sure healed up quick for a gut stab wound.
"no one" was clearly Jaqen. there's no evidence of your theory.
you know nothing Jon SnooooooooohhhhHhh!
he's still a bastard. Dany's rules aren't Naath's rules.
"Could she and Brienne be teaming up to ride North, each armed with a weapon capable of felling the White Walkers?"
No way. Cersei is still on her list. If they go anywhere together, they're headed south.
Jaime was knocked off his horse by someone at the last second before being roasted - presumably Bron. Or maybe Dickon. that would suck if it was Dickon.
they're only like cousins or something. Targs married brothers and sisters. there won't be any issues.
edit: She's his aunt, right? removed enough for a Targaryan.
Robert's bastard, the apprentice blacksmith with the fancy helmet who wanted to join the Bs without Bs.
Do we know yet what the voice in the flames told Varys when his balls burned? by my count, it's been twice mentioned and never answered.
aluminum foil.
this reminds me of a sign a friend placed on his $2k stereo system back in the dark 1970s. google was helpful in finding the computer geek version…

it's not strictly a criticism, as the author pointed out - and it's not just the length of time. some story lines during that 8 months don't make sense in context etc. it's disconcerting. disorienting. the army of the dead has been poised to invade for what must be two years now, yet they have time to travel…
creepy… but uninteresting. wtf.
