@grem28: Paint, huh. Not likely, since vinegar probably won't dissolve it. Try Goof-Off (from the hardware store). Dampen a paper towel and swab gently, then sop up with a clean towel.

@Jordan Posey: LOL!
@czadd: Yeah, me too!
How about meat hooks? Could really pack them in.
@Phrosty: I rarely fax any more. But there are some people who don't have e-mail (horrors!). Doctor's office is an example. On a couple of occasions, I have faxed to a doctor.
@rariccardi: This comment posted, as did the other one you posted talking about ClickFax.
I'm a longtime user of efax's free receive-only service. Works ok. Biggest disadvantage is that if you exceed your allotted 10 free ones, they disable the free account permanently, and without recourse. Even if the faxes you received are spam. At that point, your only recourse is to either pay or to kill the account…
@Mickets: No. I figure that when I'm dead, I'll pretty much know.
Everything I know about grammar, I learned from Hot for Words.
@pianoislife: No, a patent application goes on for many pages. It is a series of "claims," with drawings as necessary. If you're curious, visit uspto.gov. They have some excellent free documents that tell all about patents and trademarks.
One more thing: Document your system and place it wherever you keep your Will. Otherwise, you could be leaving your loved ones with a giant headache.
@sigurrosuntitled: Good point. If you screw an ext hard drives to the bottom of the desk, it's less likely to be stolen.
@dieriding: Interesting question. They tested various times and quantities but I didn't see any comparisons with and without pressure. Does pressure affect solubility? Does it stress the plant's cell walls and encourage chemical release?
@erich47: Apple's website has advice for "switchers." Google "mac windows switcher" and you will find more.
@Jonas Turner: Surface-mount conduit.
What? No #ikeaexperts? :)
Evernote? It uses OCR to allow you to find an item but unless there's been a change I missed, you can't get the text out of it. It's not an OCR app.
I know someone who uses a Mac laptop that he boots as Windows (using BootCamp) for work; and as a Mac when he's home. Nice way to keep a clear wall between them.
True story. On a Club Med vacation, we went on a boat trip. They had a giant cooler of beers — and no opener. I was a hero because I knew this trick — until I had one too many and found that if you don't do it right, you snap the necks of the bottles.
Always have two backups, using different backup methods (e.g. one hard drive comer, one backup ogm). You usually don't know that a backup is bad or not happening as planned until you need it!
