I personally agree, the shooting is not the series’ strong suit. Fortunately (no pun intended) the traversal sections and cutscenes are some of the best in the business.

Did they use motion capture for Vicky the dog? Because that was the most realistic dog I’ve seen in a video game.

I think the format is perfect for someone like me, who generally only gets time to play on weekends. Each level has about a month’s worth of replayability, and that’s not including all the non-challenge ways of completing a mission. I say this as a fan of Blood Money and Absolution.

The elusive target really slowed down the game for me (in a good way). I had to be more careful and deliberate. I love the concept. Hopefully future contracts involve more than one elusive target in the same level.

I especially love the story ND was able to tell in that level just with the background (for example, the welders at the bridge) without explicitly telling us what happened.

Damn, that’s dedication. My personal challenge was to catch every single Pokemon with just the regular Pokeball, including legendaries (excluding event legendaries that come in Cherish balls). Goal achieved but some were a pain...for example, why does Metang have the same catch rate as Mewtwo?

Ah, Darkrai, such a broken Pokemon (competitively). But I like the design, and I like ghost types, so I’ll have to cop.
