I sympathize with everything you wrote. I’ve told some friends who’ve never had anxiety attacks and they had the same “just calm down” response. It’s not that easy because it’s like an unprovoked adrenaline rush. It was at its worst in University when I was also mildly depressed. I’ve been mostly free of anxiety since

I wish Sony would standardize the gunmetal grey MGS PS3 from a while back, now that was sexy.

As long as the gameplay beyond dungeon crawling and the battle system is fantastic, randomly-generated dungeons can be fun diversions. Persona 3 and 4 are great examples of this. It also helps that your party members eventually get tired and leave so you’re not going through them for extended periods of time.

I agree, I personally think it has the most impact in the overall story because it explains the origins of Big Boss, the Patriots, etc.

This reminds me, I’m about a third through the game. I was playing the digital download on my PSP (I know, I know, the GBA version is the best way to play).

what was the show’s budget for helicopter tours

I personally see no such resemblance. To me it looks inspired by Chernabog from Kingdom Hearts/Fantasia.

Vega was my first character in IV and it took until Ultra for him to be somewhat respectable. He looks way better in this game (shades of Maximum Spider?!). No more one frame crouching jabs (looks like a target combo now), RCF actually looks decent, EX wall dive leads to juggle state? Count me in.

I beat the game on GameCube, PS2, and the Wii. The Wii is by far the definite version in my opinion. The only bad thing I can say about that game is how outdated not moving while aiming becomes.

True that. I hated the summons in Final Fantasy XIII. But I actually liked the game in terms of environments and battle mechanics.

Okay I admit I exaggerated a bit, but it’s weird that there are two people with the name Cid (Cidolfus and Al-Cid) and I got the impression they were catering to Tactics fans (a game I admit I never got into) to have some knowledge of the world of Ivalice even though the games aren’t wholly related. It’s even stranger

I liked 12 for its gameplay and approach, but I didn’t care much for the story throwing a million nouns in my direction. The gambit system was quite interesting and I thought welcomed the higher difficulty (compared to other FF games). The things I absolutely hated were the randomized treasure chests and the fact that

Seeing as they’ll basically have to make everything from scratch, why not have Resident Evil 1.5 as some kind of “gaiden” or side mission?

The artbook is fantastic! Especially for each characters’ Persona. Going on topic, the “Heaven” theme in P4 blew me away in that I’d never thought an R&B-ish song for a dungeon would actually work.

Does Sailor Moon count? The only difference is a tiara

Honestly, both players deserved to win. I don’t care about the technicalities or anything because Top 8 was incredible through and through. Nemo vs Aiai was like Stun City. Infiltration vs Gamerbee had insane mind games. And don’t forget SF legend Alex Valle beating Bonchan’s Sagat, last year’s 2nd place finisher,

“He wants to see the pepperonis” LOL

Now playing

One of the best hip-hop albums of the past decade in my opinion. Here’s the German version of Go with Joy Denalane’s sultry vocals replacing John Mayer’s “Go!”:

That’s the culture of the Japanese gaming industry. He might’ve been President, but it takes all parties to come to decisions.

I guess to drive home the fact that it’s the fire version of Shiva? But this makes me wonder about a “Shivo” now
