The 1970s Chevy Monza and Pontiac Sunbird. I was in college at a time when many of my friends had these, because they were cheap and plentiful. They were cramped, flimsy, and surprisingly ponderous on the road.

Author Murilee Martin sure revealed her approximate age with the Bitchin' Camaro reference!
