UConnect Engineer: We’ve made progress. There’s good news and bad news.
FCA Management: What’s the good news?
UConnect : We’ve isolated the bug, and we have a fix for it.
FCA Management: Terrific. What’s the bad news?
UConnect Engineer: The bug is in the over-the-air updates module.
Look at the video. Now that you have the doors open - how in the heck are you going to get in there to get your kids out of their carseats? Falcon doors were a solution looking for a problem.
Why can the driver get out before parking in the too-tight parking spot, but the passengers can’t? If this was really the problem that falcon doors were supposed to solve, shouldn’t the drivers door be the falcon door?
Then turn them off. Oh.... then people wouldn’t see that you had a really cool car with features that theirs doesn’t have. Plus you’d have no excuse to post here about owning a BMV F30... I get it.
“Do you have a problem with cars being driven with “parking lights” ON ? seriously, think about it. Please elaborate if you do.”
litre != gallon
“generally help in any way”
“if” is the key word in your statement.
“I am just amazed that NO One took even a split second to even think for themselves before asking me those stupid self explanatory questions... People are just so clueless to the smallest and practical features their cars”
but during the day, i dont see why not. It doesn’t hurt anyone if your front and rear are slightly lite up for people to better see you...
Because only parked cars have only parking lights on (get it?). And that’s why it’s illegal to drive with them on. Nobody expects a parked car to turn left. Or right. Or anything.
They are parking lights. As in parked. Imagine the surprise you give others when your “parked” car turns left.
Huh? Headlights at dusk appear less bright than in total darkness.
There’s no other way to read that, is there?
“not pushy, very friendly, she liked the salesman but they couldn’t care less if we bought one or not”
it’s not like they’re going to halt production in order to make the dates line up
Maybe they’re referring to right-hand-drive as being “bad ergonomics”.
So he’s a fan of Rudyard Kipling, then?
