I disagree. Looking at Tennogen and the DotA store the content amateur fans put out is typically low quality or not really in line with the brand aesthetic and tone.

Whoever asked that question clearly has never played paragon or any other epic game. They aren’t gods. In fact they kind of suck as a game development company if you look at their track record.
