There’s no reason Windows 10 should take 5 minutes to boot besides either slow hardware or an errant application that is causing boot to delay finishing. Your problem isn’t Windows 10s fault.

The minimum for ‘14 Mustang GTs is 43MPH. It’s exactly 1000 RPM. Just enough to be able to accelerate. Any lower and it’ll be too bogged down.

Depends on there amp ratings. Most that I’ve found are rated at 13 amps which is good for mostly everything, even appliances, but be 100% sure the device you’ve plugged in doesn’t come close as the receptacle you’re plugging in your smart outlet in is normally rated for 15 amps.
