I've been really tempted by the Xiaomi Redmi 2. Better specs than the Moto G, arguably way better looks, with a sub $150 price tag. I'm just not sure about the radios in it for use in the USA.

Yes, and its adorable! Are we going to have a naming competition? I vote we name him Commodore 64.
This seems slightly related to Benford's Law.
I'm disappointed by how ugly it is. Pebble has it right software wise, but this hardware also has to be fashionable (at least for me) and I wont be putting that on my wrist.
Man with regeards to function they nailed it. But I HATE the look of it. Giant bezel, makes the screen look even smaller than it really is. It basically looks like a toy. So sad. Because otherwise pebble is totally has it correct as to what smart watch should deliver. Ease and function, but they are totally forgetting…
The blue tint salt photographs are my FAVORITE. I've always wanted to learn how to make them.
Maybe because Red is not an option?
Is it odd that the most exciting deal on the list, for me anyway, is the stapler?
My lets get down playlist, is a genius playlist on itunes that started with Hotdog by Simian Mobile Disco, and includes bands like Bonde Do Role, Yelle, Santigold and Justice. When I get down i like the music to be international and dirty.
Ikea Markus. Universally loved as a great inexpensive office chair. i've had mine for about 10 years and I'm about ready for a replacement.
Apple's routers do a pretty good job of simplifying router set ups and looking non-ugly. Plus you get the option of airplay and network printing.
Dearest Kate,
don't listen to him. Humans have not created a more perfect object than those leggings.
I'm oddly fascinated by this but I've never used snapchat. I wonder what the likelihood of this ending up on some torrent site. I don't want to sully my phone with apps I'll never use.
There was/is a "river" next to downtown, that is still there and is going through a billion dollar renovation to bring it back to a more natural state.
I'm a big fan of using the space bar and shift+space bar for paging up and down websites.
I use chrome for everything but the web apps i need to use for work. But I've not been able to upgrade past 8 in some time. There's a work around so I could upgrade to 10, but then other apps break that are outside vendor apps. So i'm just sitting pretty on 8 for now.
You can get used iPhone Cs for like $250.
Because I work in a clinic. Thankfully our hospital IT is moving us all towards virtual desktops using CITRIX, so I can have a modern browser and still use our legacy web apps.
Until last year my sister was still using a Dell Mini 10V i hackintoshed as her daily computer. If it wasn't for the power port getting fried she might still be using it. She switched to a 11in 2012 MBA i bought used for $600.
