They've had other meet ups in LA. Which is why when I suggested a meet up a while back I knew it wasn't out of the realm of possibility. The last one I went to was in hollywood and had Lifehacker people too.

YEY!!! Alissa, you made it happen! Its on my calendar. Barring unforeseen circumstances, I look forward to talking LA, gadgets, design, city planning and all that good stuff with you and the rest of the giz crowd.

The other nice thing about tumblr, is that you can use tags to create nice pages of similar work without too much difficulty since the pages are automatically created.

Monument Valley, while short, is a quality game easily worth $2.

Yeah, I guess I do miss the point on this. I have a refurb C720 i got for $120 and that's about all I'd pay for a chromebook of any kind. Cheap and mostly capable, but still quite limited. I would kill for such a nice kitchen. My apartment has a big old useless kitchen. I'd much rather have a small well thought out kitchen that what I have now.

As some sites have pointed out, at this point you're better off buying the "mid-level" iMac from the refurb store for the same price. You get all the benefits of the mid level iMac: upgradable ram, 1tb hd, faster quad-core processor, for the same price.

Really dig the headphone wrap.

They do it fairly frequently, by which I mean at least a few times a year.

Same here with regards to oddly accurate. I got pharmacy tech, and I currently work in pharmacutical research.
