Tequila has a special place in my heart. My family is from the next town over from Tequila in the Mexican state of Jalisco. I grew up with excellent tequila. I didn't know bad tequila was even a thing until I went to college.

This should be pretty easy to code, but if you want something pre-built, you can use any number of database software, or something more user friendly would be Delicious Library. Its more or less designed for exactly this: keep an inventory of all your stuff, and has a section for when you lend things out.

This is very much the same way I feel about it too. Both with regards about it being one of the least interesting parts of my life, and also for the most part I only came out to lots of people when BF comes to a party or social event.
