Its actually white a nice website for its time. One of the things that really gets highlighted is how low res our screens used to be.

Wow, that is pretty amazing. I didn't realize how far to the right the GOP had really gone, but that's really quite a stark contrast.

I was able to get mine around 8:30 this morning. This was after I was bitching to a friend that had it gone on sale and sold out, google should still at least let you pre order the thing and just give you a 2 or 3 week shipping delay.

So true. I also never understood having a big piece of "low art" (a huge chunk of quartz it looks like this time around) in the middle of a living room/office waiting area.

Many of these pictures are from offices, or are intending to show office spaces.

Facebook didn't really have an option in the matter. "The key reason Facebook is going public is because of an antiquated Securities and Exchange Commission rule from 1964 that says that any private company with more than 500 "shareholders of record" must adhere to the same financial disclosure requirements that

When I go forward, you go backwards, and somewhere we will meet.

I know all the nerds are yeah awesome, but to the everyday consumer this is a mess.

Oh I will. Have no doubt about it.

You should send one of your LA writers out to Ikea covina, where they have their LED bulbs on sale this month. Would be really interesting to see how they stack up to the competition considering their low price (under $10).

Looks wise, the HTC 8s is winning out.

I say this because the tablet apps on iOS are much nicer than their android counterparts. And while, android is the better OS, at the end of the day for me the OS is just launching apps. So if I have two comparable devices (though that is arguable, especially regarding built quality/materials) I would go with the one

At Apple: http://store.apple.com/us/product/FC705/refurbished-ipad-with-wi-fi-16gb-black-3rd-generation

That being said, the Nexus 7 is leagues better than the ipad mini. Basically, for me: iPad 3, for my sisters (if I hadn't just given them some nooks) as a christmas gift: Nexus 7.

In the 10in tablet space Apple is still king, and this is no match. I'd go with refurb ipad 3 at $379 over this any day.

Well I was going to switch to an iPhone 5 but at $300 unlocked, I think google just kept me an android user.

I used windows with media center as my dvr/netflix/movies catalog. I wonder if there are any updates to media center.

So what does "works" mean? Does it actually charge the phone if you manage to hack it to fit?

Yup. Basically this. The question now is do I stick with what I have, or do a throw $200 at a nexus 7 to make due until then.

329!!! That's about 40 dollars too much......now that I type that it seems like a trivial amount, but I'm sticking to it.
