Yeah. I'm pretty happy with my tmobile prepaid service. I get unlimited data, text, and 100min a month for 30 bucks. For me its perfect, and sure beats the pants of $80 a month, hell even 50 a month from virgin prepaid.

They are way cheaper. My tmobile repaid plan is 30 bucks and includes unlimited data.

But there is no difference here to someone who buys a retail un subsidized android phone and uses it prepaid. That's what I do. We do exist. Not sure why the people who do it for an iphone instead of a SGIII are any different. Most people who do this, do it because we know that in the long run it is WAY cheaper and we

Virgin mobile phones are not GSM they are CDMA and so don't use sim cars; they use Sprint's network. They are already an official carrier of the iphone and will probably get it pretty soon.

An iphone wont work on tmobile's 3g data. Sometime next year you'll get real 4g speeds on tmobile with an iphone. But right now you'll only be getting edge speeds. If its any consolation, for most people, tmobile's edge is about as fast as sprints "3g".

Whill they still be selling the iphone 4s unlocked? I wonder how much that will be. I am pondering getting one to use on my tmobile plan.

Wait will the new unlocked iphone 5s get better than edge speed on tmobile? That's always been what's kept me from going this route.

Yup. The case i added to my 4th gen makes it manageable. Its incredibly thin. I don't think people realize how truly thing and light it is, until you hold it for the first time.

Because that's the way apple does things. This is a HUGE improvement over the ipod touch 4th gen camera, which was just a 720 video still. Before that, the ipod touches didn't have cameras at all.

My thoughts as well. Right now I am iphone 5, what?

They didn't talk about it the last time around either, but it is still there. Its just not being updated anymore.

This thing is so boss. The ipod touch is totally the under rated hero in apple's lineup. I LOVE LOVE my ipod touches, and even though now I have an adroid phone and hardly use my 4th gen ipod touch, I will probably get this anyway.

Yeah, but I use it all the time is the thing. There are things for which there are short cuts, like cut and paste, that I almost always do with a mouse, because when you right click to paste you can preselect the paste type (match formatting, text only, combine). With the short cut you select afterwards and to me this

Ah yes, this and Shift+f3, for changing case, have been some of my favorite word shortcuts.

I've found that besides the random facebook, email, quick browser check, most of my time on my tablet is playing word games, and have thought about making an ereader my full time "tablet". I think I'd still miss having a 10in tablet when traveling.

On a related question, does anyone use their ebooks for games. I'm thinking simple stuff like Sudoku or Crossword Puzzles. What is that like?

The latter, but both would be great.

Speaking of which, is there a good parent/little kid friendly launcher? Or one of the standard launchers with a good theme?

Honestly, this is a great idea. Every time I borrow my dad's GMC truck, I'm always amazed at how comfortable the seat is. I guess, guys in trucks be sitting in them a long time hauling things, because no car I've been in, from low end to super high end, have matched the comfort.
