Because you can't actually buy them for 99 dollars. That was a one time (ok two time if you count the latest one through ebay) thing. However the real price of them i would say is $250 as that's what you will pay to get one from ebay. It also doesn't run android in any official capacity.

I had high hopes because every once in a while I would see someone say. Oh vista is not so bad now after all the updates its had.

I just installed vista on bunch of computers because I had the licences for it. Let me tell you, it is a crappy OS. My main work computer is Win 7 and we still have a bunch of XP systems due to compatibility issues with our medical records system, and both out perform vista, no question.

Yeah they've become Windows PCs from 2005. And its just as difficult to delete the AOL app too.
