Ah yes indeed, the Vista is a great theater. But a rare occurrence. There was a theater in Alhambra that charged 3 bucks that just went under this month, and there is one in Highland Park that I think charges 6 bucks. Still these are far from the norm.

You're paying less than 7.50 for you movie ticket? In LA you are hard press to get a movie ticket for under 10 dollars. Average is probably around 15.

Gmail will usually notify you if there was some weird activity, like a random log-in from another country, when you sign in or check into a google service. The easiest way though, if you are curious is to go to gmail, and scroll to the bottom of the page and select "details" next to "last account activity: ________"

Thanks, yes, that is the next step, but a quick change of password was in order.

Indonesia was where mine was access. Don't seem to be much worse for ware. Nothing bogus seems to have occured. I always keep a unique log in to google that is nothing like any of my other passwords.

It says that my identity is safe, but it got out somehow... my gmail account was access from overseas last night. No big deal, nothing stolen it seems, and now a new much stronger password. Its seems like an inescapable part of life on the net these days.

I have had so so results with growing succulents/catus from seed. I planted a bunch from a packet and only lik 4 of i don't know 40 seeds even started to grow and of those only one actually grew into maturity. Hopefully you have better luck than I.

Penso, I think Dave has one of these that you are welcome to. I have a huge succulent collection myself, some are rare. Any in particular you are interested in?

I know its a pain, but you can get to big foot lodge fairly easily, though not entirely speedly through public transportation. Especially if you are willing to walk a bit. If you leave from Monterey park, your options are basically all bus, which are unreliable. But if you can get to the gold line station on atlantic

If you go into the OO preferences, you can set it so that windows document format is the default it saves as. Saves lots of headaches.

This is not a bad idea. You wouldn't even need to go that far. Blogger has the ability to make multi-author blogs and make them private. It would be fairly straight forward to set up.

For number one, have you considered a not much used but pretty handy google notebook? You can create a notebook and share it, but its fairly barebones, which seems like would be preferable in this case.

Yeah, i was going to say the same thing. The error message was pretty genius.

My gen 4 ipod touch running 4.3.3 has the music icon instead of the ipod icon. It had it for a while..i don't remember since when... but its been at least a couple months, as I noticed the issue when looking at someone's iphone. I figured it was an iphone vs ipod touch issue.

Recovering music from an ipod is difficult on purpose. Apple had to do it that way to appease record companies. Otherwise people would be sharing songs all over the place. However the software out there, senuti, makes is pretty easy.

Its a pretty big deal. This assumes that people have time to waste downloading 4 gig files....i mean its nice feature, but its completely unrealistic for many real world people. Plus I was just talking about how increadibly annoying it was with a windows machine, that my Win & pro disk was an upgrade disk, so I had to

The only on Mac App store wont last long I bet.

I'm a mac guy. I mean i had to dael with the most moronic hd formatting issues on windows just a couple days ago that had me vowing again never to buy a pc, but its pretty easy to get that recycle bin off your desktop: [windows.microsoft.com]

Sounds like the old Cliff Johnson games: Fools Errand/ 3in Three/Etc. In those games, you solved tons of different puzzles, some new types that were designed for computer screens, which then made one larger puzzle, that then created one final master puzzle. They were fun as hell.
