Over 200 replies and nobody mentioned a Jhereg?! OK then, I will. :)

Well, at least the colors are similar. I was sure I was on to something. :D

Fwiw, I'm pretty sure that the truck that t-boned Daniel's car was the same truck that Sarah stole (same color, grille etc.). As for the driver: well, Cal knew about the truck from his cop pal, so perhaps he's the driver - or perhaps it's Mrs. S!

I missed that during the show but it's gotta be a sponsorship thing (though Claudia probably does have an account there :D).

Why not? I don't post here a lot, but I do read the site quite a bit. :)

Radiolab has an awesome bit on this in their "Apocalyptical!" live show (at 24:05):

Wait! I had something for this...

Nice to see that The Humungus has updated his wardrobe:

Welp, guess I'll have to get back to them then. When I left off, Caijeri was still a teenager and they'd just returned to the station - I'm sure I've got some catching up to do! :D

I really like C.J.C. in general, but did the series get any more plot driven? I loved the first several books, but drifted away around the eighth or ninth one since (to me at least) not a whole lot seemed to be happening in each book.

OMG, I knew he looked (and sounded) familiar! :D

I did enjoy this episode, but Grod in the sky it was a parade of incompetents that made Slade look like Machiavellian genius by comparison. KGBeast is always awesome though!

This was the best cold opening (and first episode) I've seen in recent memory:

Straight out of a comic book, you say?

I may be olde schoole by Internet standards but oh, yes! I still much prefer reading fiction for long stretches of time when possible. Doesn't matter if it's a physical book or a tablet (I do hate reading on my desktop PC, though).

Yes! I'd almost forgotten this classic series - time to dig my copies out for a re-read. :)

C.J. Cherryh's Union-Alliance universe series of novels would make a great long-running series in my opinion. It's got space opera, culture shock, interstellar war, aliens, political intrigue and even 'Firefly-like' merchants. Start out with Downbelow Station for season 1, and subsequent seasons could work forward or

I made this for you. :)

You won't have to: he's d-e-a-d.

Correct, it's Tyreese who doesn't know about Carol yet. They were just about to tell him when 'Charlie Francis' (Kirk Acevedo) blew up the guard tower with his tank.
