I doubled it by using focus and vision boards to get the job I wanted (consumer insights associate) and went from $35K to $70k. Basically, the law of attraction has a corollary. Along with wanting only the things you've identified as a priority, you don't do anything that doesn't get you the things you want. People

"The Secret" is a metaphor for clarity and focus. Don't dismiss it so easily. I read it in 2008 (or thereabouts), then read some other books that got a little more specific.

With up to a million committing suicide every year, the title is a huge turn off. Let's say each suicide intimately affects a minimum of two other people. That means in the last 5 years, up to 30 million people have had to deal with someone who killed themselves. 10 percent of the US population.

I want both versions of the Steven Segal episode. I remember watching it live and it was way different than the rerun (bunch of missed/alternate lines). I heard they re-ran portions of the dress rehearsal that were better.

I'm inclined to agree, but based solely on the review above, I'm wondering if anyone ever shows the dilemma of the manager, who must decide whether to stoke the ire of an entire workforce or eliminate one employee.
