Just out of curiosity, HDB, are you utterly tone deaf as well? Like, can you hear a melody and sing it back? It seems to me, at least, if you can do that, you can be taught how different chords sound and work together.

Yeah…..no. Not even a little. Western tonal music has been around for over 500 years. You're not going to do anything new if you don't know what's already come before and how it all works.
