Maybe the owner fell on hard times after an unfortunate ball return accident

I agree with the notion of wanting more from entertainment you enjoy. Just the particular adjective ‘tragic’ seems odd when it is presented as intended. Tragic I associate with adverse events beyond one’s control. Perhaps something more along the lines of bittersweet or ruefully short.

Not sure I understand the adjective ‘tragic’ as used here. Vice Principals was mapped out from the outset and told the story it intended to tell in the space sought.

“Moore is now married to some dude whose name I always forget, which is honestly a good sign for both of them.”

Surprised you didn’t catch it, since you noted Lucille’s maxims, and perused the debt letter, but the letter states that the ‘debt is forgotten.’ Doesn’t say anything about forgiven.

“our visions of the future were my utopia than dystopia.”

ROFL - Charles Mortimer. Man I miss the days of the tweed mechanics sport coat.

Not sure the rules on cross-promotion here, but Jay Leno’s Garage has a full interview with the creator and an overview of the car.

Al-ba-ni-aaaaah,

I dunno, Irene in Drive rouses certain animal instincts in me.

Oh my Gawd Elisha Otis’ made me laugh harder than I have at Archer in quite a while.

Or girls with pigtails, or scratchy lottery tickets? . . .

To be fair, John Locke has been pretty tense on flights since the Flight 815 disaster.

The key that makes Mulaney hilarious [to me] is that he crosses every ‘t’ and dots every ‘i.’
