Don’t know if it counts as a binge, but the first show I made up ground on quickly was Buffy. When it was in its 6th season in its network, I started watching syndicated episodes. They had the series in order, two episodes in a row every morning, and I just happened to catch it as they aired the pilot one morning.

This show could just put out it’s collected re-imagining of my favorite songs and it would be a worthwhile venture. The beautiful visuals and great storytelling are like dessert.
