Maybe my stainless bowl isn’t heavy enough gauge, but if you give cast iron sufficient time to heat up fully, you can pop almost without additional heat, certainly within 30 seconds for 1/3 cup of kernels [my idea of a serving size].

The ketchup and horseradish should make up about 60%, about 50/30 or 60/20 ketchup to horseradish ratio. The other 3 are doled out a dash/squeeze at a time, about a teaspoon apiece per cup or so in all.
